结构，是艺术实践的根基。

自1985年以来，我持续研究视觉结构与符号系统，积累了约十万个手绘结构单元，并逐步建立起包含 Guma、Tair 等层级的三级分类体系。我关注简单要素如何生成丰富的结构关系与视觉美感。

这项研究是我整个艺术实践的根基，重水墨是它在绘画中的重要应用。这一研究体系保持开放，具有向AI视觉审美、模型训练与结构生成，以及建筑、设计等领域拓展的应用潜力。

Structure as a foundation.

Since 1985, I have investigated visual structure and symbolic systems, building an archive of approximately 100,000 hand-drawn structural studies. A three-level classification system, including levels I call Guma and Tair, organizes this work. My research asks how simple elements generate diverse structural relationships and visual qualities.

This inquiry underpins my artistic practice, with Heavy Ink painting as a major application. It remains open to further exploration in AI visual aesthetics, model training and structure generation, as well as architecture and design.

蓝正辉，视觉结构研究者、重水墨的倡导者与开拓者。自1985年起持续研究视觉结构与符号系统，亲历中国“85新潮”，并参加1989年中国现代艺术展。其艺术实践将长期的结构推演与自由表现相结合，从纸上研究延伸至大尺幅水墨及空间呈现。

Zhenghui Lan (Lan Zhenghui) is a visual structure researcher and a pioneer and advocate of Heavy Ink painting. His sustained study of visual structure and symbolic systems began in 1985. Active in China's experimental art movement of the 1980s, he participated in the 1989 China/Avant-Garde Exhibition. His practice connects structural inquiry with expressive freedom, extending from studies on paper to large-scale ink works and their presence in space.

我希望通过准确的视觉结构，让思想与精神获得可见、可感的表达。在重水墨中，以宽大的笔触、泼墨与推墨，将书写由线拓展到面。“重”关乎思想深度、结构力量与空间存在感。

I seek a visual form through which thought and inner experience become perceptible. In Heavy Ink painting, broad brushwork, poured ink and pushed ink expand writing from line to plane. Weight concerns depth of thought, structural force and spatial presence.

重思辨，好感觉。Think deeply. Trust a cultivated sense of form.
